Equip Groups (EGs) are committed groups that focus on a specific area and follow a thoughtfully curated curriculum that challenges participants in vulnerability, spiritual disciplines, and accountability. EGs are intentionally smaller than a house church or other community groups at GCC, with a 1:6 leader-to-participant ratio, to foster deep trust, meaningful processing, and high relational engagement.
